INNOVATIONS
New laundry detergent with vegetable soap. "Cold washing"
To save energy, it is best to select the "cold" program of the washing machine.
Indeed, hot water tends to damage textiles and discolor colored clothing. A colored garment will last longer if it is washed cold rather than hot
Unfortunately, most detergents on the market are effective from 30°C. And those called "cold" are cold from 20°C
Our innovation will now allow you to wash your clothes at the coldest temperatures. Effectiveness tested at 01°C, washing recommended between 05°C and 30°C.
Thanks to the power of enzymatic engineering and the selection of natural products with strong detergent power, you will now be able to wash your colored clothes.or brand at the lowest temperatures. This will extend their lifespan.
Our laundry detergent for cold washing, uCan be used by hand or in the machine, is made from vegetable soap. It is supplemented by natural antibacterials which guarantee sanitized laundry.
New processes for producing “Ethanol” soaps
Our new processes “With ethanol”
They allow simpler, faster production of soaps at atmospheric pressure or under medium pressure, without requiring a lot of equipment.
“Ultra-fast” production, without degradation of the quality of the final soap.
With our processesusing ethanol, increase your production by reducing the cost of materials

What is it"classic" hot saponification?
Also called cauldron saponification, this process is used in most known industrial soaps, for example Marseille soap. The fats are combined with a solution of potash or soda, which gives a mixture which will be heated to more than 120°C for many hours. In the case of liquid soaps, solid soap is diluted in water to obtain detergent.
These methods are energy-intensive, time-consuming, and require large volume tanks. This is why they are mainly only used by manufacturers.
